Depending on the size of your organisation, we are able to offer a dedicated qualified technician to come through to your office at a pre-determined time each week for a minimum commitment of 2 hours per week on a specified day or up to 40 hours spread over an entire week. Based on your organisational requirements, the assigned technician is prepped and will provide a checklist of items to attend to on each visit, for example, ensuring updates are run, back-ups are performed as well as general IT support requests.
